I bought a Daisy Rock guitar, is it a good guitar?

I just bought a rock candy classic guitar ( from Daisy Rock ) for $350 But I don't know if the quality is good. Should I take it back? Thank you!

There's nothing wrong with Daisy Rock.

They are designed and built for women with smaller hands.

if it's your first electric than stick with it and KEEP practicing (AND LEARNING). When the time comes you can trade it in and upgrade to a higher end guitar.
Reply:$350 is a ripoff for one of those guitars. They are the same quality as something you'd get from the Sears catalog for $150. The only reason they are so expensive is because of clever niche marketing. GUITARS FOR GRRLS!! I can't even begin to describe how f*cking lame that is.

That being said, Luna Guitars is another company that makes guitars specifically with girls in mind, but they make quality instruments that are worth the amount you pay.

I bought a Luna Andromeda last year from a dealer on eBay, and I just love it. It's a beautiful guitar with a great sound. The only thing I would prefer is if the guitar was a neck-through, and not a bolt-on. My favourite female rock guitarist, Lori Linstruth also endorses Luna, and has the same guitar I have.

Reply:Check other places where they sell the same guitar if in doubt, but if it plays good, sounds good and the neck is straight it may be worth the money. I personally haven't heard of the guitar and would have to see and play it before I'd talk it up or down. But check around. You may have a jewel. I have seen cheap guitars that sounded better than expensive ones.
Reply:Yes you should. But then again, if you handed me one, I would play it on stage at a show

EDIT: For whoever gave me a thumbs down, its for comedy relief. I have seen Slipknot at a live show bust one of those out, and the dudes from Shadows Fall had to play one when they lost a bet
Reply:Daisy Rock guitars are low quality.

They are girly and cute but they are

pretty overpriced for what you are

getting out of it. It would be a good

idea to take it back.
Reply:I dunno dude, I've never played one, but for another $150 dollars you could have a nice Epiphone Les Paul.....which is exactly what I would have gotten....

$350 is pretty steep for a guitar you know nothing about....
Reply:I don't like those. They're marketed towards girls that want to start playing and don't know what a good price is for a guitar.
Reply:Daisy Rock looks like a really girly brand but the guitars aren't half that bad. Play around with it. If you like the feel, keep it.
Reply:Daisie Duke, Daisy rifles are good

Buy a Fender or Gibson or Martin

you get what you pay for
Reply:yes all that matters that it stays in tune
