Can anyone come up with a paragragh comparing and contrasting Tom and Daisy? (i've already read the book but i would like someone elses point of view) thank u

The great gatsby/Daisy?
Well.. Tom is a guy, and Daisy is a girl. They both live in the same house.
Reply:They're both interested in money, good times, and status. They're both in love with other people. Daisy is more of a romantic and may truly love Gatsby, though too weak to do anything about it. Didyou like Daisy? How did the author try to make her sympathetic, or not?

Reply:Daisy is frail, fragile and weak. Tom is very masculine and overbearing. Although both are having affairs, Tom would be upset about Daisy's affair because she is a woman and only men should have affairs during that time (although affairs in general are stupid). Daisy is ultra feminine.
