domesticated flowers are genetic variations of wildflowers that have been selected for certain flower appearance or disease resistance. They have also been cross-pollinated with other selected genetic variants. So if you would compare the DNA of wild daisy and domesticated daisy you would see only a few differences out of tens of thousands of genes.
