did its defecation come out red?

if so, your poor daisy probably has parvo, a commonly transmitted illness in dogs

e-mail me (gman78552@yahoo.com) for more info if you need my help
Reply:If your not sure call another vet. But maybe you are worrying to much.

Reply:it depends, wat breed is she, and about wat age weight?
Reply:Is the dog eating and drinking and otherwise acting normally? Did something happen to cause her to tremble? Did something frighten her? Dogs release energy by shaking, especially when they are under stress so don't fuss over him or reassure her in any way when he is trembling or she will take this to mean that it is acceptable behavior and it will continue. Take your dog for a long walk - tire her out -give her something else to focus on and perhaps it will stop. If this does not work turn the heat up and wrap her in a warm blanket and comfort her.
Reply:Did you tell the vet that her gums are pale? Lightly apply pressure to her gums and then remove. See how long it takes the color to come back. If it takes more than a couple of seconds, then she might be in trouble and you should call back and tell the vet and maybe they can help you to find a ride. Other than that, just hold her, talk to her lovingly, and keep calm because you being upset is upsetting her.
Reply:call the vet
Reply:What breed is your Daisy???

If she is a tiny dog then she may be experiencing low blood sugar. If you have clear Karo syrup in the house the dip your finger in it and rub it on her gums to get her sugar levels back up!

Get her to the vets ASAP! To check out what is really going on ok.
Reply:Hiya, calm down is the first thing i can say - if you panic - your dog panic's! Pale gums IS indicative of ill health in dogs and pups BUT these can easily be ruled out! Is Daisy throwing up every hour or sooner, has she got the runs? Is there blood in her stools? Is she refusing food? Is she drinking lots and lots of water? If you can rule out every single one of the above then she just has an upset tummy - it happens a lot in dogs and can mean as something as simple as 'i'm having an off day mum '!!! Please don't let her know you're worrying as you are - it can make her worse - but i think you'll fing that you're worrying too much because of your past experiences? Best of luck to you my friend, and of course Daisy x
Reply:phone a vet right now
Reply:You have to find some way to get her to the vets call everyone you know.Did she have a heat stroke, dehydration, hypothermia, eat something she might be allergic to?Because that can make things much more serious
Reply:if her gums are pale that can mean that she is dehidrated or she can possibly be having low blood supply from maybe worms or fleas....you should start by giving her water and call the vet again...if you are still not satisfied by ur vet's answer you can always call another.....by the way....another sign of dehidration or low blood supply can be if you pull up the skin on the back of her head slightly and doesn't come back down or comes back down slowly...this means that she is dehidrated also or not enough blood is flowing....i wish i could help more and i give you my best of wishes
Reply:I live in a hick town, We have a wonderful vet who would come out to see us if I had no way to get to him. That's the nice thing about hick towns. People care. Call your vet back and tell him you are frightened for your baby. Do you have a neighbor or someone you can call to get you to the vet? Hold her close and don't show her you are afraid or you will make her even more upset. Good luck, dear!

My dog ate a pincushion when he was a pup. I was hysterical...thought he was gonna die. Called the vet, he laughed...it happens all the time he said. But I made him (the dog) more upset with my hysterics. My Boo! is just fine and all grown up and hasn't died yet from the pins he ate.
