The doll is 18 inches in length with a large bottom, no tummy, and wide hips. (I believe it's the same body as Chou Chou.)
I don't know what "Daisy Kamy" is. Do you mean knitting patterns published by Daisy-May? All Daisy-May patterns are covered by copyright, and they're not sold in stores:
