How do you find the Death Daisy in the Sims Castaway for Playstation 2? :]?

I have unlocked all four islands, and I still cannot find the Death Daisy to make the Death Potion.

How do you find the Death Daisy in the Sims Castaway for Playstation 2? :]?
That means you have been taking good care of your sims! The death daisy can only be found after one of your sims die. It will be found on their headstone, and after you make the potion, you can revive your dead sim. :)
